With stress, there is a rising level of anxiety in the human body. And the only way to find an anxiety cure is to identify all the factors that trigger stress and anxiety. It is important that you find out if it is possible to find an anxiety cure by yourself or if you have to resort to drugs and medications to cure stress.
Jot down all triggering factors that contribute to your anxiety and rate them according to their influences. By identifying and indexing these factors, you can address them on a priority basis and find a suitable remedy for each factor.
If you have many commitments in your day to day life, you will find it difficult to deal with the pressures of work, school and relationships. In such situations, the best methods of anxiety cure would be to listen to some of your favorite music, reading a book, taking a day off, sitting in the garden and perhaps, watching your favorite cartoon.
Though these methods may seem to be too simple to the analytical mind, on integrating these activities to your daily routine, you will find them to be quite relaxing. Furthermore, you will also tend to look at the world and your responsibilities with a different perspective.
Include lots of green, leafy vegetables and multi vitamins in your diet as these are known food for anxiety cure. Anxiety will never disappear with a diet of sugary junk food or greasy food. Eating the right food will have positive effects on your body, and it is only with the right food, exercise, rest and meditation that you will get the anxiety cure you need.
Yoga is a great anxiety cure that will help you break your body's habits. With meditation and yoga, you will surely find that your mind will experience a lot of relief from stress. Avoid or at least limit your consumption of alcohol as it is an intoxicant that stimulates your brain to be overactive.
A good night's sleep is the best anxiety cure. Make it a point to get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday. You should also maintain good family and work relationships by weeding out all the differences and negative feelings you have with your family members and colleagues. With this, you will find it easier to reduce anxiety levels in your body.
Managing your anger and practicing patience in your day to day situations will also work as effective anxiety cure. For many people, it is rather difficult to acquire patience. But you can start by making gradual effort to be more patient in your actions and thoughts.
