The Prevalence and Treatment
of Clinical Depression

Clinical depression is a serious medical condition that affects millions of people throughout the world. It's also known as major depression disorder, and as such clinical depression is experienced by many types of people from many various and different walks of life.

Although most people experience a few spells of sadness throughout their lives, clinical depression is a lot more than just a case of the “blues.”

It's estimated that clinical depression affects about 16% of the world's population and, according to research studies, the average start of a typical case begins to occur in a person's late 20s.

Gender also plays a role since nearly twice as many females as males report or receive treatment for depression, though this difference seems to shrink after women reach the age of fifty, when most females have gone through menopause.

Depression is currently the leading cause of disability in the USA and it's expected to become the second leading cause of disability worldwide by the year 2020.

There are many different signs and symptoms of depression. Some of these may include an overwhelming feeling of loss, anxiety, or pessimism, a rapid gain or loss of weight, disturbances in sleep patterns, fatigue, self-harm as well as suicidal behavior.

It's advised that if you, or anyone you know, is experiencing these symptoms or something similar, a mental health professional or support group should be contacted. They may be able to help.

Another method of help available to those with clinical depression is medication and dietary supplements.

MAOI’s, SSRI’s, and other popular forms of medication have helped the majority of people suffering with the condition. These can be prescribed by a doctor. Dietary supplements, on the other hand, can be acquired over the counter and have been shown to be effective in combating clinical depression.

Some examples are fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids), St. John’s Wort, Magnesium, and Ginko Biloba.

Everything You Want Appears — Seemingly Out of Thin Air

There is a science that deals with manifesting desires. Many people regard it as mystical or esoteric, but it's actually a science like physics or algebra.

There are certain immutable laws that govern the process of materializing wishes seemingly out of thin air, and once these laws are complied with, anyone can make their dreams a reality — with absolute certainty.

Does this sound far-fetched?

If so, I need you to suspend your disbelief until you hear the whole story because I assure you — this will be positively electrifying.

Affirmations have long been recognized as a powerful tool in manifesting desires. That's because the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between actual reality and suggestions. Therefore, it processes suggestions (or affirmations) as being real — and goes about using its powerful creative ability — and that of the nervous system — to actualize those affirmations.
